1. Eligibility for Returns

We take utmost care in delivering the best quality products to our customers. However, returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The wrong product was sent.

2. Conditions for Return

• The return request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
• Customers must provide unboxing video proof showing the damage or incorrect product received.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, email us at glacieronecare@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and supporting video proof.
• Our team will review the request within 48 hours and provide further instructions.
• If the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or request the customer to ship the product back to our address.

4. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate a refund within 7-10 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
